photostory 4.0 - encoding of slideshow failed - no files found?

I had to load Photostory 4.0 on my laptop because I lost the disk for version 7.0 and I'm trying to burn a slideshow with video using 4.0 and I keep getting an error saying Encoding of slideshow failed - no files found. Any ideas?
Windows XP SP3

Was the entire project created with PhotoStory 4?

Yes it was all created using 4.0. I am able to save it and it loads fine but just won't burn. Is it possible that the .mvm or .dip files are being saved or are stored in the wrong folder?
