When I am ready to burn dvd, dvd driver on laptop is not shown, how can I fix this, never had this trouble before, have a new laptop with windows 10.

A lot more information about your computer would be very useful - please read this post - and give us that information.
Photostory 10 is quite an old version, it may not be compatible with Win 10. (The latest is version 17).
Do you have any other disc burning programs on your laptop? Can they see/use the DVD burner?
