When, exactly, do you get this message? i.e. at what point in the process of creating your slideshow?
Do you see it if you start a new project, or is it always and only with the same project? If it is always the same project, that suggests the project file itself has become corrupted. Do you have any older versions of the project? Do any of them open/run/export without you receiving the error message?
Also, how "big" is your project (number of slides/images/videos, number of audio tracks (if any))?
Two things you haven't told us about your computer: what type/size of hard disc do you have and how much free space? Is your GPU on your CPU or do you have a separate one? If separate, what is its make and model number?
Please answer the questions posed in my second paragraph above:

The answers to these will help us, fellow-users, to guess whether the fault lies with the particular project or the program or, perhaps, your computer. The specific error code shown in your screenshot is one which appears quite regularly in a variety of different programs (just do a Google search on it) and is often fixed by repairing Windows, it seems.
I have done upgrade Aug 2020, and used the program since then. I had program error massage, recommended to reinstall program, which I did, and used once, then I got this error message. Can you please help. Bettie
@johnebaker has pointed you to the official Magix Support Article about this specific error. Since that has apparently not solved the problem for you I think you need to create a Support Ticket and ask Magix staff to help you with this.
