Hi

Photostory 2013 is out of its support period and it is not compatible with Windows 10. While you may get it installed, there will be issues with DVD drives and some of the functions in the program.

You need to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version.

Thanks.

I wish Magix would tell you before wasting hours trying to get it to load. Not good customer service. They must know it won't load when the key code is Entered!

In the context of what you wrote, "they" is almost certainly a computer server! How is it to know that you are attempting to load a program to a computer running an incompatible version of the operating system?
