Photo manager deluxe crashing on startup..cellstack error?

When I try to start photot manager deluxe it gets to the point of "do you want to view tutorials" Whether I click yes or no it has cellstack error and shutsdown. "Cell has reached maximum depth"

Im using a Dell Inspirion 660 with intel i3@3.4ghz, 6 gb ram and Windows 10.

This program was part of the Photo Ultimate 2015 package

Any ideas please....

Still don't know what was wrong (type error message) BUT......solved it.

For any others ... try running as administrator. The little things that can slip your mind..

I have had the same problem after reinstalling the program to a new hard drive and also found out to run it as an administrator why?
