I have just created a photo collage with Photostory 2023 however I wanted the text to play during the collage but the text doesnt show while the collage is playing. Is there a work around for this please.

Hi

The text (title) object must be on a track below all the objects in the collage for it to appear on top of the collage - this necessitates working in Timeline mode.

However there is a limitation I have come across - the maximum number of tracks in Photostory is 8 - if the collage uses all 8 tracks then, while you can, in practice, create additional tracks below the 8 visible/accessible ones, an object that is added to the 9th track, is no longer accessible.

If you are going to need this level of capability, I would suggest you look at upgrading to Magix Movie Studio which has a track limit of 200.

Thank you John, since posting the comment I have been experimenting and found if a text box is created after the collage it does in fact appear at the bottom of the stack. I had a text box that I moved to the collage and of course it didnt go to the bottom of the stack. Once I knew that it needed to be at the bottom I was able to drag it there and it then does work. Hi David

Thanks for the feedback.

. . . . The answer to some things are so simple when you know them. . . . .

I know that feeling, had an issue the 2 days ago with our coffee machine, rang customer service, and they pointed out an adjustment to make - was very obvious once looked at more closely 😮.
