There has not been phone support for many years, this means you have 2 options:
Start a new topic giving more details of the issue, including the full name and version of the program, your Windows version and computer specification - see this topic for what is required, and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature for future reference.
Raise a support ticket link is at the top of the page, select your product and scroll down to the bottom and select Contact support on the next page select Email support follow through the next page(s). You will need to give the same information as in option 1.
