pc and mobile version

I made a website, regular and mobile version. after uploading some pages are good and others not good on mobile version. Appears just like the PC version but with offset and enlarged text/different color. Only when you do "open in browser" on your mobile does it show properly as it was made

There is some confusion here, as you have commented that they look correct on a mobile device browser, when does the mobile version look bad:

In the preview browser?
In a normal web browser?
or when?

When previewing a page or using a web browser, reducing the width of the browser pane will force the view to switch to the mobile version as shown below.

Some web browsers also have the ability to switch to mobile viewing format in the Developer tools they have available.
