PayPal widget?

I have Webdesigner 19 and when I try to install the PayPal widget it doesn't recognize it.

So I now understand that I have to buy WebDesigner 19+ for another $160 in order to use the PayPal widget? I just bought the Pro version at a discount $40. What happens after one year, will I still be able to use the PayPal widget or will I have to subscribe to keep using it?
