paypal buttons from catalogue won't download

Trudy, I never got an answer back but I'd suggest you write in to the support team rather than here in the community. I think that the community people just don't have a fix or much to say and thus no answers.

i think a website designer company that actually had humans to talk to would be the most helpful, at this point I just want my money back as I literally just bought the upgrade to work with this function that is useless

This is a user to user forum, there are no Magix staff here, just users of the applicable Magix software products.

There are no members of staff to speak to, as I advised please use the raise a support ticket guide step by step.

You can raise a ticket with support and they will respond.

thanks for your efforts but i see from the other link you provided i need the pro x to use the buttons they won't function with the expansion packet. I'm just going to go thru paypal and try to get my money back, not spending $200 on this

Just to be clear, there is no such thing as the Pro version of Web Designer. There is Xara Web Designer and Xara Web Designer Premium. There is also Xara Designer Pro X which is composed of Web Designer Premium, Photo & Graphics Designer and Page & Layout Designer.

Everything Web-related that Xara Designer Pro X does can be done with Xara Web Designer Premium. You do not need Xara Designer Pro X to use the PayPal widget. See the comparison table.

I'll have a look-see in TG and see what they have to say. I actually had forgotten about it....

Those links just tell u how to do it, we can't proceed if it won't open. I've actually gone thru the rigmaroll on PayPal and got the code but can't get it inserted manually

I don't have the problem as I'm not using the PayPal widget. I gave you links so that you would, obviously, go to the TG forum, search to see if anyone has solved the problem, and if not, post your question there. That forum has plenty of expertise just waiting to help.

i was creating a box and copying and pasting the code in the box all i needed to do was hit the hyperlink and paste in the placeholder box. thank you so so much

of course it would be very easy if their catalog worked but NO!
