path not found

After installing drivers and video-software, I open MAGIX Video Easy, choose "File", "New", name the new project, choose "Import videos from Analog Source", choose "Composite" and press "Continue". The video shows in the small window, but when i try to transfer the video to the computer by pressing the "Transfer Video to Computer"-button, a message box displays the text "Path not found". I have tried to find answers on the internet, but all I can find is possible reasons for the error - no answer to what I can do to fix the problem.

Can you help, please?

Hi

Open the programs settings dialog and check where the Recordings folder is pointing to.

Using Windows Explorer find this folder and try creating a file in it by right clicking in the area shown in the image and selecting the options shown to create a text document.

Also check that you can delete the file after you have created it successfully.

If this fails an easy workaround is to create a new folder in a location of your choice eg My Documents or Documents folder and then point the Vide Easy setting for Recording to this folder.
