Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. This is not a contact for any Magix staff so no-one here can help you. Also you should never post confidential personal information like phone numbers or email addresses to public forums like this one. Hence I have edited your posts to remove them.
If you have registered the software and so have a Magix Account go to https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ using the email address you had when you first registered. Go to My Products find your software and you should see the serial key, which is what you need, I think.
