Is it possible that this software could be part of another Magix software?
I have windows 10 64 bit and the Video easy Rescue still works. But the camcorder needs some help. The recording is good but chappy when putting it through Video easy Rescue. I am hoping it is part of another Magix software.

AFAIK there has never been a Magicx program call Video easy Rescue, there is a program called Video Easy which is a very basic, ie click and create, video editor.
Rescue your Video tapes has had different names in the past, the current name is Magix Video Saver.
We need clarification on which program you are using ie the full name and version number as seen on the Splash screen on startup or, if available, under Help, About.
Also what is your computer specification - see this topic for details required and please quote the processor and graphics card/chipset make/model in full.

Sorry to show this but there was a video easy rescue your videotapes
Since I am having way too many issues with this I have decided to let it go. It would take programming this software to date and my cost would go way up. That is why I was hoping that it would have been combined with another software from Magix.
