I have spent days trying to figure this out.  I want to take ONE picture, Start the picture with a zoom into an individual  -  the zoom out to the whole picture.  I have tried everything  but I guess not the right thing.

Without this, I can't use this product

Any help on this puzzelment?

Hi,

First watch this video of Movie Edit Pro - the commands are very similar to PhotoStory and you will see how to resize and move objects.

In PhotoStory 2013 Deluxe, which is not far from 2016 but the terminology may have changed, go into timeline mode, click on the photo, click on the Effects tab, View & Animation, Size & Position. There you have everything that you need to zoom in and move the image around on the screen. You can drag the image as well so long as the Preview button is not checked. Then read up on these effects in the manual where you will find that they are quite well explained. Then practice.
