I bought this software on the boast of its ease of use. {/whine}

First I tried to enhance a file that was a digital conversion from 8mm (about 3 minutes of film) that needed to have the saturation reduced. When I was happy with the appearance, I clicked the execute button. The software took several minutes and returned a file of similar size. When I played it in VLC, all I it showed was the first 1/2 second of the film over and over again.

The result was the same when I attempted to join two files, both mp4's end-to-end. This took about 1/2 hour of processing and again produced about the same file size, movie length as was the sum of the two files joined. It once again showed the first 1/2 second repeatedly.

What easy step(s) am I missing?
