I purchsed the your original music maker mx  verson 18 software through Amazon in US in the last month. After returning from US, I tried to load it in India for the first time on my new dell XPS 8300 desk top computer, in which MS windows 7(64 bit) is loaded.

To my surprise, the software refused to load with message that some compatibility problems with the package. what should I do now? I spent 57$ on this software. If you insist I can mention the serial no. I don't know whether it is safe to quote serial no. here

Hi

Are the language settings of your Dell set to English US or British?

If not then this may be the incompatability issue when trying to install.
