Hi, I'm a new user and need help with my Video saver 8th edition. I´m trying to copy my VHS-tapes to the computer. I have sound but the screen is black. It's strange because it worked yesterday. I´ve checked the connections and the switch on the scart is put on OUT and the scart is in the outgoing port. My computer is new so the capacity should be OK. The videostandard should be PAL B but I´ve tried others as well. I hope someone have some advice.
