I have Designer Pro 365 and currently I am using Version 17.1 which I purchased off the Xara page online. I used the license code that I received in the email and even verified it the registered products in my Magix account (since I'm in the U.S.) but still, whenever I go to download most anything from the Online Catalog it says that I have to "BUY" the content, or that I would get it included with the 'full version'.
What do I need to do to resolve this?

Unless another user who has Designer Pro 365 sees your post and can offer any advice, I can only suggest you email infoservice@magix.net and ask why you are seeing this message and how you may obtain the items you want.

Have you maintained your Update Service/Subscription for Designer Pro - if not when it expired access to the Online Catalog is not available.
The program continues to work and you can edit existing web sites, however you cannot add new features/widgets from the Online Catalog.
