I am trying to access the online cartalougue I have an active subscription with Magix using Pro x 19. 64291, able to access the items however they are all in the buy section, what good is a software if you cannot access its own files to create, I was able to perform the access until now, what is going on, what do I have to do to regain the access to the online catalougue offerings

You have posted under Video Pro X. There is no version of Video Pro X 19. 64291. The current version is 19.0.2.155. There is no online catalogue in Video Pro X, only the Store.
What program are you talking about, Xara?

Cool that was fast, so sorry it is not Video, its Xara Designer Pro x 64291. yep the online catalogue asking me to buy the items offered.

Can you please post a screen shot of the online catalogue showing that there are items to buy? I don't see that there is anything to, only free to import/download.
By subscription, I presume that you mean that your 365 day Update Service is active; there is no subscription to Xara Designer Pro X unless you have Xara+ which is cloud-based and is obtained from Xara, not Magix.
Which do you have?
