Online album access

Hello, I am able to log in to the online album, but unable to perform any functions. When trying to upload images under quick start, the page times out. I have been in email contact with magix but they keep telling me something must be wrong with my computer. I have tried on two separate computers with the same results. Can anyone help me with this? I upgraded to the premium version 4 days ago and haven't been able to use it yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would suggest the images are too large or you have a slow Internet connection.

Are you resizing the images to an appropriate size or trying to upload full size pictures from , for example, a digital camera?

I can't even get to the page to try and upload anything. I can log in and that's all. Everything on the site times out as I try to perform a function. I don't know another way to explain it...but it's frustrating...Thanks for your response though.

What type of Internet connection do you have?

You can test the speed of your connection at http://www.speedtest.net/

Have you set up the online album correctly? I cannot find anything at the address where it should be.
