Yes.

Xara Designer Pro X is composed of Web Designer Premium, Photo & Graphics Designer, and Page & Layout Designer and a little bit more all together. It's much more convenient than having separate products.

I suggest that you download and try it out before buying it. Also, you may want to wait a bit as version 20 should be released soon.

My important question is does Xara Designer Pro X support more characters HTML than Xara Web Designer Premium?

I mean: www.website.com/products-multimediaamplifiermodelkh2503.html if do this link on Xara Web Designer Premium the program it will crash.
