So I started using Sonic Foundry products back in 2002. Then stuck with Sony for all that time. Now I'm trying to make the transition to Magix. Anyone else in this boat? Maybe I'm not used to it yet, but I'm finding the Magix site confusing and not easy to follow.
Yes. But I am not very lucky. Upgrade policy went worse, the forums have virtually no traffic, the support seems sometimes clueless if they're graceful ennough to answer your trouble ticket and I am planning to change to more lively products.

I hear you Musition been on the same exact journey. Can't seem to get with the Magix layout and feel and have tried other packages but continue to return to Acid. Hopefully the upcoming upgrade will retain the feel while adding whatever additional functionality.
