Why is my site not working on mobile devices, please give me a full explanation as I have spent ages creating a site from your software and it must be visible on mobile devices.

I suspected you were using the online Magix Website maker which creates Flash based websites.
iPhones and iPads do not support Flash so the site will not be displayed unless the device owner installs a browser, such as Puffin, which has Flash support built in.
Android devices will display Flash sites providing Flash is either pre-installed or the device owner has installed it.
Unfortunately all Flash driven websites, not just those created by Web Designer, are in the same boat.
To have a website that will display on mobile devices correctly it must be a HTML site - preferably HTML 5 - for which you need a program like Xara Webdesigner 11. This program has templates for mobile devices as well as mainstream browsers - there is a trial version you can download - note: you cannot import an existing Flash based site into Webdesigner or any other website creation program..
