Hi,

The Introductory videos are all on the Magix.com site. Clicking on the button in PhotoStory opens the Magix.com PhotoStory page in Windows Internet Explorer. I don't know what happens if you use another search engine.

Why you get a black screen, I have no idea, but it is not within PhotoStory. Here is the link to the Intro videos page. Note that it is for 2016. I have 2013, but clicking on the button brings up the latest page - 2016.

Well, tried your suggestion using IE still get black screen with audio.  Don't know what the problem.  However, my bigger issue is that I can only create DVD that are readable on my PC drive and external BD drive, but will not be recgonized on my DVD player.  This did not happen with my previous version.  Looked at the FAQs and made the changes recommended, with no change.  Frustrating.  Should work out of the box like the prior version, no?
