Never post login details into the forum - this is the quickest way of losing your account and control of Magix software and your website.

Also do not post serial numbers, order numbers, email addresses or contact details.

Check that the email and password you are using for your site are correct in the FTP transfer settings and thoe same as the one you used to register the software.
