Not allowed to activate my product in a different computer

Francisco-Vargas wrote on 3/23/2022, 6:17 PM

Hey,

I'm getting this error when I try to activate this product in a new computer. I deactivated the product on my previous computer as per the instructions, but I'm not achieving to get this installed in my new one.

I know the message prompted is clear, but my computer is connected to internet.

What can I do to get this solved?

Note: This is a previous version -> MAGIX\Video Pro X\11\

Thank you in advance!
