Hello, I reinstall windows in my PC. Than a again install Video easy USVV. I can't Activate MPEG-2 Codec. I have already registration, but the system write: the serial number is already registrated.

Also I can't contact the MAGIX support, because the webside write: You don't have products registered

Can somebody help me???
