Non vedo e non sento la traccia audio in un file MP4

Ho installato MAGIX premium 2024 ma importando un file MP4 vedo nella finestra principale solo la traccian video e non riesco ad avidenziare quell'audio. Più non sento l'audio. Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema?

Hi.

Make sure your Windows Sound settings allows your microphone input to be used by applications and is not set to private.

When the program is running you should be able to see the volume working in the Windows sound settings.

This problem is a common one when the audio codec in the MP4 Video file is not a supported format.

Download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the clips and post the results, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required. 

Questo problema è comune quando il codec audio nel file video MP4 non è un formato supportato.

Grazie per il suggerimento. Ho scaricato mediainfo e il file di cui non riesco a sentire il parlato risulta avere la traccia audio in formato AAC LC. Come faccio a leggerla con MAGIX VIDEO PLUS 2024 ?. Grazie per i suggerimenti eventuali. Folco Perrone

@folco-p Hi, have a look at the top of MediaInfo, choose Text, extend the window so it shows the Audio at the bottom then share that window 👍
