Hello,

I am transferring a mini DV camcorder casette which is displayed well on my sony Camcorder camera (both sound and audio can be seen) but only the audio is displayed within my Magix transfer. I have tried converting other mini DV casettes and those seem to work fine, but I dont know why this casette is diffrent because I do everything the exact same. Maybe the make is diffrent of the other mini casettes but im not sure? I am using a Sony mini DV Digital Handycam and the Rescue Your Video tspes Magix cconverter. Can anyone help?
