Hi,

I understand that the play cursor is moving across the track when you replay the file, but do you actually see that a waveform for the audio part has been successfully imported into the software? If you can see a waveform, make sure you haven't accidentally muted the track (using the "M" button in front of the track). If you don't see the waveform, the audio hasn't been imported properly. Check what audio codec is being used in your AVI file and make sure it is installed on your system. Without the right codec, the program cannot decode the audio properly.
