Updated to another computer Win 7, downloaded from Magix homepage instead of unsing the DVD. Same result - Video works well but the soundbars is not moving.

@Ulf

In Windows 10 Settings, Privacy ensure that the Camera and Microphone access permissions for Desktop apps are on.

Thanks John EB, but thay are on. Now i have it installed on a windows 7 computer, and same problem. Think there could be a hardware problem with the attached USB converter?

Hi

. . . . Think there could be a hardware problem with the attached USB converter . . . .

That is quite possible, do you have another one (make not relevant except for Pinnacle) that you could test with?

No, don’t have another. The one I got was included in the VHS saver pack from Magix. Maybe just return the whole pack to the store and invest in a used VHS player instead...

Update; Returned the VHS saver pack to the shop (claes olson) and got a new Video Saver pack without discussion. With the new hardware (USB converter & cabels) attached, i finally got this to work.
