So I bought the Humble Bundle creative pack a few weeks ago and I just recently installed the MAGIX Video easy and Music Maker 80s pack. Before installing this fine programs sound was coming through my headphones just fine. However, once I installed the programs, my audio from my headphones went silent. Concerned, I tried to troubleshoot my audio and restarted my laptop several times to no avail. I checked the forums here. I tried the solutions which involved going into the settings and changing it to "direct sound" and that also produced no results. Finally, I just purged my laptop of anything with "MAGIX" in it and restarted my laptop. Nothing. 

I'm not sure if words can express how absolutely disgruntled I am. I'd greatly appreciate if this problem was resolved. Otherwise, my views on MAGIX may be permanently damaged.
