no sound

I have no sound on one mpg file despite everything I do. the sound is fine on all other mpg files I load. The file on which there is no sound plays ok on other media, only on Magix movies on cd and dvd 6 is there no sound.

May be you should install a new audio codec. check the MPG-file and the PC with the program GSPOT, free on Internet. And search for sound on this forum, you'll get answers by dozens.
