No Sound

There is no sound in the mpegs from my camcorder. When I play them via other applications , the sound is fine. But there is no sound with Magix. Someone PLEASE help! There is no solid answer out there

Hi,

the problem is that there are many reasons possible. What version of MEP? What kind of soundfile/Videofile?

For example if it is Dolby you maybe have to activate the sound (free).

Did you capture them direct with MEP? And than there is no sound? And when you playback the file you have captured with MEP other applications play that sound?
