I have installed video easy 6 when i put in a videoclip there is no sound, I have been reading that there is the same problem with other magix programs, that is not ok when i want to buy one of the other programs you hawe, I am usinf windows 10 home.
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and so we do not have other programs!
In order to have any chance of helping you we need a lot more information from you.
First, about your computer: please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there.
Then, please tell us about the format and source of the video files you are wanting to use in Video Easy. Please download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it to one the files that has no sound and post the results of the Text view here.
With all that additional information we should be able to at least offer suggestions to you about how to overcome the problem you have.
