I have replaced my PC and want to download my Movie Studio 23. However when I follow the instructions and sign into my account there is not a 'My Products' to enable me to download. How can I download without that.
@G-R Have you entered the exact same e-mail address you used to register Movie Studio 2023 in the past? If you never registered it, you can enter the serial number in the Registration section to add the installer to your account.
You can also download the installer from here https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/ if you have the serial number. But the program can't be activated if you don't know the correct e-mail address.
Thank you. I was using the exact same email. The problem might have been that the Movie Studio 2023 installation was an upgrade from a previous version. However Using the link in your message I have now succeded in downloading and installing on my new PC.😀
