No mp4 audio with MVP 15 Plus

Hi
When I open an mp4 movie file in MVP 15 Plus there's no audio.I've done the update patches for the e version.I've put the file in G-Spot to find the codec is
H.24/mpeg4 AVC.

Could someone tell me is there another codec I need to buy & install,if so could someone please tell me in easy to understand steps how I do this.Thanks

Well I had the same problem. I found the audio by searching from start menu for the following file: mpg.HDP
This brings up all the audio files. You can click and drag the file into the edit arranger and then go to Recordings and double click on the video file that will put it in the arranger. You will have to perform audio /vidio offset to get the sync right. I would then save as a project as it is easyer to work with. Remember the project is made up of the paths to the audio and video files and any editing you made. The actual audio and video files will remain unchanged so you can brings these back and will be unedited from the project file. Hope this helps.
