First, do you have a CD or DVD burner on your computer?
If yes, make sure nothing else is using the device, it might be possible that you have other software installed that is in constant communication with the burner and is not allowing any other application access or possibly the driver protocol is shared between an additional software and the Audio Cleaning lab.
You also want to make sure you have any of the latest updates for the program as well as any updates on the burn routines from MAGIX. I found those helpful when I had burning issues a few years ago.
