I was told to register my product in order to get all benefits. The product was already  registered. I still have the problem with the Audio. Same message: the selected folder is password protected. How can I not get frustrated with such a faulty software?????????? Someone asked what program I use: I have Windows 7, my PC is about 10 month old.

It is frustrating for us in that you keep blaming the software when the problem could be elsewhere and nothing to do with the program, and you are not helping us help you, in fact you are making it difficult for us because you are not providing enough information or the information requested so we can get a clear picture of what is happening.

Please provide the following: -

1.  Your full computer specification include details of any external hard drives you are using.

2.  The location of the folder that is 'password protected' also a screen shot of the error message would help.

3.  Was the computer bought with Wondows 7 on it or did you upgrade?

4.  Start a new project and try to do a short recording and tell us what happens.

5.  Where are the pictures you are using stored - on your computers hard drive or where?
