I have an analogic Sony DVCAM (Digital Videocassette Recorder), I´m transfering my projects from  DVCAM to my PC using Magic USB Videograbber but, when playing the video in the PC, there is no sound at all, the video it is perfect but no sound.

I already select PAL System, the video and sound cable there are fine too!

I need a help, please!

Hi

When you set up the record options did you select the USB device for the audio as well as the video?

Thank you John to your quick response!

Yes, I do select it, in fact the "Magic Video Easy Save your Video Cassette" software,  just have two options:

1st option is to select the RCA input/output (Mix)

2nd option is to select the S-Video input/output

As I´m using RCA input/output, I select the first option!

Today I connected the analogic Sony DVCAM (Digital Videocassette Recorder) direct to my TV and was playing the video with audio perfectely!

Seems that, the problem it is between the "Magic Video Easy Save Video Cassette" USB Converter and the

"Magic Video Easy Save Video Cassette" Software!

Realy I don´t know what to do! I have alot recorded memories in Mini DV Cassettes which I need to save them to PC or DVD!

Hi

Do you have another program, eg Windows Movie Maker, which can recognise the USB device?

If so try recording a short clip to check that the USB device is functioning correctly.
