Welcome to the forum.

If you have any issues or want advice on how to achieve something ask here, however before post a question you do please read this topic and also the installed PDF manual available under Help in the program.

Also if you have an issue please include the following in your post:

  • Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?
     
  • Windows version and is it up to date?  Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
     
  • Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .
     
  • Settings you are using
     
  • What you have already done to try and fix/sort out the problem

In addition to the above you will find several tutorials available on how to set up and record video in the Tutorial section of this forum and on Youtube, some may refer to earlier versions of the program, however the principals generally will apply.
