I installed Fastcut on my PC last year but my hard drive failed and the previous installation including the purchased templates are gone. Is it possible to restore my purchased templates into my new Fastcut installation on new PC?
Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.
I don't have Fastcut so am guessing, but does the program have a link to the Magix store from which you purchased your templates? If so, follow that link, log into the store and then all your templates should be available to download without extra cost.
If there is no link to the store in the program, the procedure should be to access the store directly, log in and then, again, your additional templates should be listed on your account and you should be able to download them.
