New install takes 20 minutes to open program

When I start SF 18 I have to wait 20 minutes before it is fully open to use on my Windows 11 pc.

Try resetting Sound Forge in the 'File' menu (Reset all preferences and clear cached data)
This could also be due to a specific VSTplug-in that will not load. Disable the VST search folders ("Options> Preferences> VST Effects" to narrow it down to find the offending VST(s).

Yea this did not work. Still taking 20 minutes to load on my pc. Frustrating
