NEW DESIGN DOESN'T DISPLAY UNTIL I CLICK A TAB

I have Web Designer Premium. I changed the page design but, when i upload the new webpages to my server, the pages still show up as the old design until I click on one of the page tabs. Also, one of the pages does not refresh with the new content until I refresh the page. I cannot figure out what is going on, this just started happening after I changed the design and it does it on ANY computer I use to visit the website or mobile device I use. Thanks. This is a common issue caused by either browser caching or your ISP, or web host is caching web files for faster access.

Ctrl + F5 forces the browser to 'ask' for a full reload from the server, however if the ISP or host is caching files you may have to do this several times.

Who is the site hosted with?

Thanks for the help. I am using GoDaddy for my web hosting. I went to the website and did the CTRL + F5 and it does nothing. Still beings up the old website until I click on one of the tabs int eh site, then it changes but, it only changes for that visit. If I go away from the site and return, it still comes back with the old design. I have clear all cache settings also.
