I ordered MMM17 premium ed. I got the download version and then the sound pool 17 and backup cd which were to be shipped to me. I recieved the sound pool 17 but not the backup disc. It has been 3 months. Anyone know how to contact them about this without having to pay for support?
I believe the free support only lasts for 30 days (after installation, I assume). However, it's possible they may waive the charges after you explain the situation, but I'm not making any promises.
