Need to email customer support! help

ok ive had to create this account to post this question i can't email support from it because i havent regestered my product with it they just tell me i've forgotten to regester and it wont let me email... the account i have with my product keeps telling me my password is wrong so i cant sign in i have changed my password loads and loads of times but it always says its wrong how do i tell them?? im not buying phone vouchers or whatever i just wanna send an email so they can deal with it this is very silly and really frustrating!

You got two options:

Do as follows:

Clean internet history: Tools/Internet Options/ clear history and cookies. (For Microsoft IE explorer)

Tools/Clear Recent History/ select from drop down menu what you want to do. (for Firefox browser)

After doing the above, try to access your account you might see the following on the website:

Welcome to the MAGIX Service Center

If you already have a MAGIX login, you can use it to log in.
Otherwise you can get a new login here.

I don´t have a login and want to sign in

To continue, please click on the "Proceed" button below.

In your case you should click on Proceed button and see what happens

How to contact customer support if, product is not registered?

Provide details: software name, windows, xp, vista, windows 7 or else?

It is better if you also talk a little bit about your problem.
