Go to your Magix account, log in, go to My products and find the listing for PS 2023 and click on More details. Deactivate any listed installations you no longer need.

Log out, wait a few minutes and then try again to fully activate the new installation.

If this is unsuccessful you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explain the problem and ask for their help and advice on how to resolve this issue.
