Need the ftp address for my site

Can anyone tell me the correct ftp address to use for sending files to my site?

I have added a search box using Zoom Search Engine and it needs to ftp to my site. I have tried uploading the files with the FTP manager already but that did not work. The site is http://hamishmckenna.magix.net/index.htm

Hi

The settings you need  to FTP to your Magix Online hosting are:

FTP-Server (Host):           ftp.magix-online.com
Login / username:           Your email address at MAGIX
Password:                       Your chosen password

Set the FTP mode to Passive or Auto if you have the option.
