Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. There are no Magix staff here so no one can directly help you, or give you a serial key, sorry.
The software you have bought is now rather old and is quite likely to not run very successfully, if at all, on any recent version of Windows. I suspect you actually have a pre-owned copy which somebody previously owned and used. If that is correct the original owner would have been given the serial number. In cases where he sells the software to another person that original owner must a) tell Magix that he is selling the software and ask that his registration details be removed from the Magix servers, and b) pass the registration key to the new owner, you, so that you can register the product.
So, you need to contact the seller of your software and ask for the serial key and ask whether he has told Magix he no longer owns it. Without this you will not be able to run your software!
