I received Video Deluxe 2024 Movie Studio 2024 as a gift this Christmas. I have registered but have not yet received an email where I can provide my voucher code and get a serial number. Without this serial number I cannot proceed. Help.

Assuming this means you have the Voucher Code and are expecting an email to tell you where to redeem it.
The Voucher code should come with redemption instructions, if not then it can be redeemed here then check your Inbox for the email with the serial number - do note it may take up to 10 - 15 mins for the email to arrive and it may end up in your Spam folder, as @browj2 has commented.
